This fee will be deducted monthly until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Your use of jos29 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. Before initiating any legal proceedings, You agree to first contact jos29 Customer Support to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. All disputes must be raised within 14 days of the disputed transaction or event.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
